Call-out Costs:
The call-out costs include travel time, fuel and costs for the company car. For this travel time, both the commuting distance and the collection of material from the supplier are taken into account. If we have to drive to our supplier several times for a project, we can choose to charge a higher intensity level.
We are stopping work on gas-fired central heating boilers Due to recent legislative changes we are forced to stop working on gas-fired central heating boilers from 1 April 2023. Of course, it remains possible to carry out all work outside the central heating boiler.

Als klein bedrijf, dat zich niet uitsluitend richt op cv-ketel installatie en vervanging, zijn wij genoodzaakt om deze moeilijke beslissing te nemen. De recente Gasketelwet verplicht ons tot een kostbare en omvangrijke CO-certificering.
De vereiste investeringen in opleiding, geavanceerde meetapparatuur en de administratieve lasten wegen voor ons helaas niet op tegen het aandeel van de werkzaamheden aan gasverbrandingsinstallaties binnen onze totale dienstverlening.
Om die redenen is de benodigde investering voor ons helaas niet rendabel. Wij vinden het belangrijk om hier transparant over te zijn en hopen op je begrip.
Alle overige werkzaamheden buiten de cv-ketel blijven uiteraard wel tot onze diensten behoren.
