Question and answer

Our call-out charges are based on three intensity levels, taking into account the distance and any additional travel time or work:

• Intensity A: € 47.50 | less than 9 km and no extra travel time/work
• Intensity B: € 62.50 | 10 to 19 km and/or extra travel time and/or extra work
• Intensity C: €75 | more than 20 km and/or extra travel time and/or extra work

The call-out costs cover travel time, fuel and costs for the company car. If multiple trips to the supplier are required, a higher intensity level can be used.

We are located in Rotterdam East and operate within a radius of approximately 15 kilometers from our business address.

We only work in exceptional cases, in case of a dangerous situation with urgent appointments in the evenings and/or weekends. Weekend and evening rates are associated with this. We try to limit these situations to save costs.

Our customer service is available by telephone and e-mail from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 6:30 pm.

We can always be reached by email and we aim to answer your email within 48 hours. We can be reached by telephone on working days between 09:00 and 17:00.
