What services do you provide. ?
As an installation company, we focus on the construction, repair and maintenance of plumbing, heating installations, gas pipes, water pipes and sewers indoors.
Do you charge a starting rate. ?
Yes. The starting rate is € 130. This includes call-out costs of € 50 and 60 minutes of labor costs of € 80.
What are your call-out costs. ?
We use 3 intensity levels in which our call-out costs are calculated.
Call-out costs:
The call-out costs include travel time, fuel and costs for the company car. For this travel time, both the commuting distance and the collection of material from the supplier are taken into account. If we have to drive to our supplier several times for a project, we can choose to charge a higher intensity level.
Intensity A: €50 | less than 9 km and no extra travel time/work
Intensity B: €65 | 10 to 19 km and/or extra travel time and/or extra work
Intensity C: 75 | more than 20 km and/or extra travel time and/or extra work

Do you also work evenings and weekends?
We only work in exceptional cases, in case of a dangerous situation with urgent appointments in the evenings and/or weekends. Weekend and evening rates are associated with this. We try to limit these situations to save costs.
What are your opening hours. ?
Our customer service is available by telephone and e-mail from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 6:30 pm.
How can I reach you?
Per mail zijn we altijd bereikbaar en we streven ernaar om je mail binnen 48 uur te beantwoorden. Telefonisch zijn we op werkdagen bereikbaar tussen 09.00u en 18:30u.
